Shipping is FREE for all orders over $200.
We ship all orders through United States Postal Service (www.USPS.com).
For expedited service, we will ship Fedex (www.fedex.com). Cost will be determined by weight of purchase, delivery address, and speed of shipping selected.
For all orders placed, please allow 4-6 business days from the day of payment to receive your order (weekends do not count as business days).

Tracking numbers and Insurance will be posted to all orders and will be emailed or sent to you via text.

Processing time is 24 hours for credit card payments!
High Society Hair is NOT responsible for any hair that is lost or stolen in the shipping process. We will work with the US postal service or Fedex to locate your package and file an insurance claim if necessary.

For special situations based only upon High Society Hair’s preference, exchanges may be possible. To exchange your hair ALL hair MUST be returned unworn, unaltered with all seals intact. Any alterations will prevent hair exchange. (wet, dyed, bleached or conditioned)
Exchanges are soley up to High Society Hair, LLC.

If we decide to allow an exchange BUYERS are responsible for RETURN SHIPPING COST.
